The website and conditions inform you of the the rights and obligations you have upon placing an order with us. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our terms and conditions do not affect these.
We are Ronald & Martin Scott, T/A Scottish Avian Supplies, with the designated website for the company, www.cikassa.com and our premises are located at:

Our normal opening hours are 9.00am - 4.30 pm., Monday to Saturday.

Making a Purchase

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your delivery details to 3rd Party Couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish tpo proceed. When you place an order, confirmation will be sent within 48 hours, by e-mail.

Mail Order Delivery Conditions

It is preferable that somebody is going to be present at your chosen delivery address to sign for the order you have placed with us. If this is not possible, and you instruct us to leave your order in what we regard as an insecure location, e.g. Behind wheelie bin, in the front porch etc., you will be doing so at your own risk, as your order and all of the contents within said order will no longer be insured, so any claim for loss or damage will be null and void.

Overdue Deliveries

Scottish Avian Supplies (cikassa.com) can not be liable for any compensation payment claims arising from overdue or temporarily lost mail order deliveries that have been undertaken by third party contractors who have been employed by us to deliver your order. Any claims arising for late delivery compensation payments must be made directly to the individual 3rd party contractor, and not Scottish Avian Supplies.

Typographical Errors

Scottish Avian Supplies can not be responsible for any typographical errors that have been made by customers while using our website(www.cikassa.com). Any typographical errors leading to orders being mislaid or sent to the incorrect address are down to the responsibility of the customer in question. NO compensation claims will be granted for lost orders in these circumstances.

Return of Goods

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
All Frozen Goods, e.g. Palm Nuts, Sugar Cane, Live Food & Raptor Food.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.
However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
1. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
2. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you for the direct cost of collection.
3. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Refused or cancelled Orders

Any refused orders are subject to 10% restocking & processing fees, plus any shipping charges. Any cancelled orders (once processed) are treated in the same manor as refused orders(above).
All of the above does not affect your legal rights.

Customer Refunds

All Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
